Our Nanny Ketena was absolutely amazing! This is the first time we have used a Nanny service while traveling but will not be the last! Ketena initiated contact well before our arrival and gave me her background which was an nice surprise. On the afternoon of her arrival she texted me to see if we would like her to stop and pick up groceries, never in my wildest dreams would I have thought the Nanny would do that! Also she knew the resort well which put me at ease and she was completely comfortable taking our boys "on an adventure" as they termed it every evening instead of sitting in the hotel room. I am so thankful we were matched with Ketena and have nothing but the highest recommendation to give her!!
