Until the baby is born, I mostly need someone to help me with the older boys. They're my stepsons and live with their mother half the time, so most of the help that I'll need involves picking them up and/ driving them to after-school sporting activities. Currently, we have them every Wednesday and Thursday, and every other Friday. After the baby is born, I'll need someone to help me, primarily with the baby, on a much more regular basis, but there will still be the occasional need for her to help me with the older boys.
