Our expectations of Nanny candidates are high....as they should be! Besides free CPR and first aid training, we also offer the Nannies additional training in childcare. As part of our nanny employment process, we personally meet and interview each and every Nanny we refer. In addition, the Nanny candidates are put through an extensive screening process that includes a complete national background check.
The Nannies also must have the following:
- At least 3 years of child care experience
- A minimum of 3 verifiable child care related references
- Current CPR, first aid, AED training
- Clean DMV driving Record
- Legal to work with in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old
Our agency will provide you with all the candidates' information including their professional references, to help you in finding your Nanny. You are also able and encouraged to contact their references. There is no application fee. You can interview Nannies without any monetary fee. Our referral fee would only be due if you choose to employ a Nanny we have referred to you.
