Parents should vaccinate their children

Mandated vaccinations for public and private schoolchildren is a necessity to protect ALL children. Childhood vaccines are safe. No study has shown a link between immunizations and autism. Vaccinations do NOT weaken the natural immunities of children. If a child even home-schooled children are going to be around other children at any point, they need to be immunized. They could pass on a deadly disease because their parents did not get their immunizations. Inexcusable and selfish. If parents do not want to immunize their children, then they shouldn't be allowed to bring them into a public arena such as a grocery store.

Home schooling has created gaps in the vaccination safety net leading to outbreaks of rare childhood diseases. Measles cases have spiked over doubling the cases reported. Home-schooled children should not be allowed to escape vaccines.
Philosophical or religious exemptions should be thrown out to protect ALL children. No exemptions should be allowed beyond medical necessity. Mandated vaccination schedules should be followed; otherwise, pockets of unvaccinated children will be created spawning more outbreaks. We need to require the vaccination of home-schooled students or risk new outbreaks of formerly rare diseases such as measles or polio. It is not just children who are put at risk. Vaccines work by providing "herd immunity," meaning large numbers of vaccinated individuals protect a small minority of the unvaccinated. That dynamic breaks down if increasing numbers of people are not vaccinated.

Unvaccinated children pose not only a risk to themselves, but to their families, other children they come in contact with and especially older people they might visit or encounter in a movie theater or mall.

I am a strong opponent to unvaccinated children. My family has had a history of severe reactions to vaccines and I chose not to vaccinate my two girls. They have done very well and I am right on top of any cough, sneeze and sniffle allowing their natural immune system to develop. I use alternative health care and excellent whole food nutrition, herbs, colour therapy and essential oils as well as energy therapy. I have had extensive training to be able to provide their care and to monitor thier wellness. I have discovered allergies and food sensitivites on my own--the Dr's mis-interpreted the children's congestion. I noticed a pattern--did research and food elimination/rotational diets to devise their best food and worst foods. Maintaining a child's wellness is a full-time job and one that requires diligence and hard work--but with good training healthy children can be raised without vaccines that skip the bodies natural immune system.

I do immunize my children but have found that they don't always work. My child had both boosters for chicken pox and actually got a small case of chicken pox with the immunizations. And, a year after the last one got a full blown case of the chicken pox them selves, so how effective are the immunizations? I believe it depends on each individual child and families beliefs, but they are definitely not a guarantee. The best thing I found to boost my childrens immunities is to not over medicate, a serious problem in America's society. They will fight off anything from a cold to an ear infection on their own if given time, and yes they may have to be a little uncomfortable for a few days, but there are many ways to help with that as well. Vaccination or no vaccination a body can still build an immunity and a vaccination is not a guarantee, so let each parent decide what is right for their child, don't force it.

I find it rather odd that the same corporations who make vaccines also make autism medication as well as other pharmaceutical drugs to deal with all the side effects, side effects that can be dormant for years. Parents who vaccinate their kids are usually ignorant to the truths about vaccinations and the global vaccine agenda being implemented by the global elite. It all a big dollar sign to these CORPORATIONS who also have top scientists as well as leading doctors in their pockets. Almost every study regarding the safety of these drugs have been manipulated in order to trick the public into believing they are safe, wake up and look at our coma induced society filled with drugs and worthless television programing. Children are our future stop drugging them.
