I first heard about Nanny Poppinz™ purely by chance. At first it was the really cute logo and name that interested me and prompted me to inquire further. The sales team that sells the franchise was very informative and encouraged me to feel excited about this franchise. I loved the fact that we cater to families 24/7 and provide comprehensive backup to families whenever they need us. I could see the value in that, especially coming from the UK. My family (and backup) is 3000 miles away. So many people in the Orlando area come from other places; maybe not from a different continent like my family, but certainly from another part of the States.
I am a great believer in people and before I would commit to anything at all I wanted to know much more about the corporate side and most importantly the people behind the whole concept. Companies, to me are all about the people running them; their drive, their vision and their integrity.
I got in my car and drove down to meet those “corporate people” Deneane and Susan.
I was included in a training seminar for new franchisees and Susan was running the class. Within minutes I could see the vision and drive in Susan. These ladies wholeheartedly (and quite rightly) believe in this company, and support every one of their franchisees. They make a great team and I knew that the support system being offered was comprehensive and if followed closely would lead to success.
That same day I wrote up the contract to purchase the West Orlando area.
Since that day I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every minute of working this franchise. I love meeting new nannies, helping and supporting our wonderful families and doing all this in the comfort of my own home.
Another aspect that I love about the Nanny Poppinz™ franchise is the sense of teamwork with all the other franchisees. We are a team (or should I say family?) that keeps getting bigger every day
Since I have joined the Company I have seen great changes and improvements and it is still evolving and getting better each day. This is a dynamic company, not content to sit on its laurels and just sell to new franchisee’s.
I have seen numerous upgrades to our web site and the data base. I feel like a “Nanny Poppinz™” pioneer. I will be one of those franchisees that will say to other “new” joining members, “well the system used to be like this…..but now it’s evolved it what you see today”. I can’t wait to see what Nanny Poppinz™ will be like tomorrow. I know it will be great and this is definitely the best job I ever had! The other agencies had better watch out!!
