Lisa Paolo Wins Nanny Poppinz Franchisee of The Year
During the inaugural Nanny Poppinz™ convention May 5-6 at the Pink Shell Resort, Ft. Myers Beach Florida, Lisa Paolo received the Franchisee of the Year award. Ms. Paolo was the franchisee that met and exceeded all four categories that are the criteria: team player, sales, vision, and following the proven path to success. Lisa has had the vision since she joined the Nanny Poppinz family as the first franchisee. She was a client first who needed a PT nanny while she assisted her husband with his business. Ms. Paolo was so impressed with the service that she pursued owning her own. She embraced Nanny Poppinz vision of extraordinary customer service to nannies and families.
Lisa has on numerous occasions encouraged her fellow franchisees that the system will work and they will be successful if they follow the proven path to success. She has shared things she has done over her three years of business that have made her successful and encouraged her fellow franchisees to do the same. Ms. Paolo is always at or in the top three for sales figures every month proving that she follows the system that leads to success. Lisa takes an enormous amount of her own time to speak with potential franchisees; thereby, helping the Nanny Poppinz family to grow. Ms. Paolo received a crystal trophy and a red convertible VW beetle with Nanny Poppinz vinyl lettering as recognition for her accomplishment.
