We were very satisfied. We had never used a Nanny or a Nanny service before but you guided us through the maize and brought us up to speed quickly. We did not use the service because a custody issue had been resolved and it turned out to not be necessary. I was willing to pay a fee for the information we received, referrals, etc. but I wasn't charged because we didn't actually hire anyone. I would certainly use this service again in the future if it ever became necessary and I'm thankful you were there.
