Would like a bi-lingual nanny if possible but not a must. Spencer has already been exposed to my maids' Spanish so would like another language if available. Would consider a Manny as Spencer is not around men very much. He is a little shy around men and noisy women/strangers. May just be a phase but would like him to come out of his shell a little and gain more confidence. Many of my answers are not absolute. Nanny would be required to have transportation to work but not required to drive my child. Grocery shopping may be required occasionally. Teaching basic age appropriate skills also. Mom did state that cleaning up after son only is fine, as long as nanny/manny can bring something extra to the table that she can't, such as athletic (sports), teach another language, alphabet, numbers, music, etc.

Mom home schools the kids. Nanny will pick up where she leaves off if mom has to leave the home to go to work (Restaurant business). The older 2 girls are very independent, make their own beds, help w/ dishes, get their own meals. Mom flexible w/ the housekeeping. She does a lot of things herself. When their business requires more hours, the nanny may have to work add'l hours, rarely over 40 hours. This is a salaried position, $30,000/yr without health care, $25,000 if family pays for health care (Blue Cross Blue Shield). Nanny won't work until 8pm everyday, sometimes until 6pm or 7pm. Need a nanny with a soft personality, since the 13 yr old is very shy. The nanny will be treated as part of the family.
