SERIOUS, PROFESSIONAL NANNIES ONLY. This is a long term position. This must be your profession. Mom needs 24 hour childcare, live-in or live-out, but nanny must be flexible enough to stay overnight sometimes if a child is sick. There is another nanny. The schedule is worked out between you and the other nanny, 5 days on, 5 days off, days flexible. Children sleep thru the night, usually wake up at 6:30/7am. Nanny must be able to travel often inside and outside of the US, so must get a passport. Spanish/English preferred. Nanny must have experience with multiple small kids who are not in school. Must swim. Must be 100% flexible. Family is paying up to $200/day for an experienced nanny. $52,000/year. When mom has another child, the schedule will change to full-time, still $200/day. Mom and the 2 nannies will create a new full-time schedule together as a team. FICA, but no income taxes. Health insurance offered after 90 days of employment.
