| Summary: | Family of four searching for a full-time, live-out nanny in the Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will view this position as a long-term career choice, not a year-long job. She will have experience with infants and toddlers, have multiple references, and must pass a detailed background check. The candidate must be flexible as the schedule will vary between 8-12 hour days dependant on the family’s needs. A background in education, early childhood development, psychology, or nursing is strongly preferred. Fluency in English is required. Any applicants MUST be willing to travel for extended periods of time as well as various weekend or week-long trips throughout the year. This nanny should be nurturing, comfortable with appropriate discipline, and invested in the children’s growth, as well as interested in becoming an extension of the main caregivers in a Christian household with good values. Applicants would ideally start in April 2012; however flexibility on start date is possible. Would like local candidate if possible, but will help with relocation costs for out-of-area applicants. Pay will be competitive, and will reimburse for time spent travelling with the family.
